Perfect place. The room was super clean, spacious, comfortable and nice. This is located in New Cairo, so it’s a bit far from the city centre and Giza pyramids, but with uber we got there quickly (around 40 min) and the main advantage is that it’s a super quite and lovely place (unlike the chaotic downtown). The staff was really friendly as well.

We stayed here for 3 days – it started off well with a warm and friendly welcome. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill when we encountered Hussein, an extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist. His attitude was completely unacceptable: constantly grumpy, barely said a word, and made no effort whatsoever to assist. His behavior was so unpleasant that it cast a shadow over our entire stay. It’s honestly baffling that someone with such a negative demeanor is allowed to be the face of the hotel. He seriously needs to work on his attitude and the way he interacts with guests. If you’re not willing to help people or provide proper service, you simply don’t belong at a reception desk. This left a very poor impression and would be a reason for us not to return. That said, we want to emphasize that the rest of the staff were absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. They truly did their best and deserve a big compliment for their kindness and service.

It’s a very calm, noise-free hotel in a safe, gated community, quite close to the airport (about 20 mins drive). The area around is a basic middle-to-upper class suburbs. It’s quite far from the main Cairo attractions but uber is extremely cheap and accessible. What I didn’t really like was the cigarette smell in the room, which isn’t surprising, given there was an ashtray in the room with no balcony. But maybe there was a warning about that during booking, I didn’t check. It didn’t bother me too much anyway. Breakfast was okay too, nothing fancy, but more than I expected.
