First of all, we thank the Public Relations Department, a very elegant lady who provided a beautiful room with a distinctive view. Once again, thank you. I also thank the reception department, Omniya Eissa Mariam Ahmed Mohamed Adel security and service staff. All greetings, appreciation and respect.

On arrival I was charged extra for the room As booking.com made an error saying 2 guest 2 rooms, which was sent directly to yourself but it should have been 4 guest and 2 rooms But the paper work did say 4 guests and 2 rooms But you would except that. And that frustrating

Staying here was AMAZING! We were treated great by staff and always made sure we were comfortable and happy. Mostafa helped check us out and did so promptly and nicely, he made sure we had a good stay. Many people told us Cairo might be dangerous but after staying we couldn’t disagree more, everyone here was lovley and caring. We miss it already! Would 10000000% reccomend going to Cairo and if you do, stay in the Ramses Hilton, you won’t regret it!

The location of the hotel was fantastic, staff were great and general atmosphere was buzzing as it was so busy. Fatima checked me in early at around 9-10am and upgraded my room to the 29th floor with a view of the pyramids, I could not have been happier.
