The staff were outstanding. Guest Relations (Dina I think!) was very helpful and accommodating. All of the staff in the hotel were a pleasure to deal with. The proximity to the airport is the biggest selling point after the staff. I also took the opportunity to use the Spa where I received outstanding service from Hala. In summary, a very pleasant stay.
