The excellent service as I stopped the car they were there to open the door and welcome and guide me to reception and taking care of my baggage. The smell and cleanliness was above expectation. To me if this hotel could be rated like Dubai hotels this would be 100% a 7. I felt so safe and the service from all staff members were above and beyond.

Our stay at the hotel was short, but we still received an upgrade from Mr. Karim during check-in. Both the hotel and the room were very clean and excellent equipped. We were even able to order room service at 2:00 AM! Everything was great. The check-out at 5:00 AM was quick and hassle-free. This hotel is €40–50 cheaper than other five-star hotels but just as good. Because of this, it will be my first choice from now on
