All the hotel staff were amazing. We stayed for two nights, and on our last day, even after we checked out, they kindly let us use a shower before we left for our train. It was such a thoughtful gesture.We really appreciated it. The rooftop view of the pyramids is absolutely beautiful.

Everything was fantastic. The front desk helped us in all our needs, from tickets (buy it with them, same ticket office price), hints, money exchange (good rate), taxi (free from Airport to the hotel, but not the opposite way). Bottled water for all days, even coffee and tea 24h. Top roof view is clean, just the pyramids site in front of you, even from my room on the 1st floor. Breakfast is enough for a good start, with a mix of local and international food. The room is spacious and clean. Pyramids entrance a few meters away.

-amazing staff (all of them were very helpful without no matter the value of the tip) -great view of the pyramids -close to the ticket office and entrance of the site -the hotel helped with the transportation -the food they have is delicious (breakfast and optional other meals)

We had a balcony overlooking Sphinx and pyramids. Best view possible! Hotel terrace also had same view. Staff are very friendly, free taxi from the airport. Great location.
