Location was good. Not the easiest to find at first. Breakfast was okay. Not buffet but have to order. And if more is needed, then it takes little time. BUt overall a good experience.

Staff were are very lovely and helpful. The room was big and large balcony which had an amazing view of the Nile and the city. Lively street but not too noisy as so high up.

Perfect location with amazing view , all the places were very clean , big sunny rooms, very very tasty breakfast and served to our room very fast and also reception speaks English perfectly , thank you Malak and Mahmoud, you are amazing ! They helped us with everything , they answered all our questions professionally and even gave us early check in and late check out , thank you again !

The furniture is very good and new. The room has a direct view of the Nile River, a charming view. The reservation value is appropriate for the stay. The reception staff are respectful and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Cairo! The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable—within walking distance to few cafes and restaurants, some of which boast nice views of the Nile. The staff were exceptionally polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel is a top choice. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - Karim, Mahmoud and Marwan, and the others, were simply great! Location very close to all necessary amenities in a very lively area. Amazing views from all perspectives of the city.

Loved the staff. Remembered Dohah the housekeeper from a previous stay and she was just so nice. All the staff are special. They make your stay special.
