Excellent location and great service! The hotel is just a few steps from the famous Tahrir Square and the old Egyptian Museum — perfect for sightseeing in Cairo. The room was very clean, well-lit, and had its own fridge. Housekeeping came every day, and I received three bottles of water, shampoo, and shower gel daily. Breakfast was really good, with lots of pastries and Egyptian specialties. There’s even a chef who prepares fresh omelets on the spot, which I really appreciated. The restaurant on the 13th floor serves delicious food and gives a discount if you dine there again. Room service was fast and friendly. There’s also a small local falafel place nearby — not fancy, but very cheap and honest. The hotel can organize tours, though I chose to explore on my own. Overall, a very pleasant stay — I would definitely recommend this hotel!

good 4 star hotel was a misunderstanding upon arrival as booked a room with a balcony and revived a room with a window was sorted out quickly when i made reception known the service was as to be expected from a hotel of this star rating friendly staff good choice for breakfast continual/Egyptian choices fresh omelettes are also served on request having a roof restaurant and pool made the place

Buffet breakfast provided several breakfast options. The rooftop restaurant offered a wonderful view of the city. The rooftop swimming pool was a great place to cool down after a day of sightseeing. The hotel was in a great location for seeing everything Cairo had to offer the tourist.
