Lovely accommodation close to the entrance to the pyramids. The particular highlight for us was the staff members that were very kind. In particular we had a late flight but they were willing to give us a very late check out free of charge. Thanks for a great stay.

I chose this hotel for the ratings and for the location and I wasn‘t disappointed. The hotel is only 20 min. drive from the airport, 15 min. from the Pyramids and 20-30 min. from Cairo center. I stayed beginning of June for 1 week and the hotel was almost empty (low season), perfect for a relaxed holiday and for enjoying the pool without a lot of people. The service from the hotel staff was excellent. Even though I was a female single traveller in an arabic country, I never felt any kind of harrashment. All hotel staff was very polite and professional. I also received a couple of courtesy calls from the guest relation lady to check my wellbeing. All in all a very positive experience in a Jaz hotel. I will definitely consider to book another Jaz hotel in the future.

The pool was absolutely fantastic — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was incredibly generous, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The hospitality throughout my stay was truly outstanding. I felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended!

The property is amazingly beautiful and cozy. Everything is warm and inviting. The staff is courteous and genuinely welcoming. Mrs Amira Abdelghany and Mr Amr Elkelany embarrassed me with their generosity. Honestly, everything was more than perfect. Will definitely be returning 😊😊
