All staff very warm and welcoming, will help with anything, all have excellent English. They invited me out on a boat on the Nile one evening with some other guests for 1.5 hours - music & dancing. Was beautiful on the river. Quiet, non smoking throughout hotel. Location very central, safe, busy with lots of people shopping in the evenings, 10 mins easy walk to old Egyptian Museum. Very good choice of big breakfasts, served in 5 minutes - exceptional service by Madonna and the other wait staff and chef (need to be tipped too), plus nice restaurant with 180 degree views. Hand tips directly to the staff member(s) as they don't share tips.Their driver picked me up at Cairo Airport, he was waiting for me. All this made up for the hard beds.

The location is excellent, and the staff are fantastic—a special shout-out to Ahmed, Yousef and Francis. The hotel is situated on the 10th floor of a building in Old Cairo and features a wonderful rooftop terrace, perfect for breakfast or relaxing at any time of day. The rooms are spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. The bathroom is also large and well-equipped, with a wide range of amenities (including shampoo, shower gel, scrub pads, toilet seat covers, slippers and a beauty kit). All rooms are fitted with air conditioning.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at Holy Sheet Plus Boutique in Egypt. The breakfast was a real highlight — generous, filling, and offering a great variety. What stood out most was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and always willing to help, going above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. Their thoughtful food recommendations were also a great touch and made exploring the local area even more enjoyable. The attention to detail was impressive, adding an extra level of comfort and convenience to the stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, with outstanding service and thoughtful touches throughout. I would highly recommend it.

We spent one night there and the rooms, staff service, the breakfast and the overall stay was very comfortable. Its proximity to Tahrir square and shopping area, meal places etc made it a very interesting stay. The location is great.
