River view was excellent, unless you pay for it. Breakfast was good and dinner room service was excellent.

Location. The river Nile view with the sight of Pyramids on the other side of the river was amazing. The staffs were well behaved and helpful. The whole hotel was very clean. Plenty of welcome fruits and sweets inside room. Good arrangement for booking tour packages to Gizza, Alexandria etc. from the hotel by the hotel's car. It was safe and comfortable.

The welcome we received from Alaa Khaled was incredible, he attended to all of our needs and was incredibly polite and helpful; far beyond the call of duty and it was the best customer service I have ever received in all my many years of travelling around the world in hotels.
