Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Stay at ORO Plaza I had the pleasure of staying at ORO Plaza recently, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Mohamed at the reception—and that set the tone for a truly memorable stay. Mohamed’s professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine kindness stood out immediately. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my visit was seamless. Whether it was offering helpful local tips, assisting with check-in, or making sure I felt comfortable and cared for, his service was exceptional. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and passionate about what they do—Mohamed is truly a gem and a credit to ORO Plaza. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. But it was the human touch—especially Mohamed’s—that truly elevated the experience. Highly recommended. I will definitely return—and hope to be greeted by the same welcoming smile at the front desk!
