We arrived at the hotel around 3am and they gave us the room we had booked. The hotel staff, including the night and day staff, were very helpful and attentive. The hotel was located 100m from the old entrance to the Pyramids of Giza (still in use). Clean towels, ice cold air conditioning, TV, tea, coffee, hot and cold water, everything was great.

It is very near the gate of the Giza pyramids. You have a good view of the sphinx and the pyramids.

Friendly staff, airport pick up was very smooth. We booked the double room with balcony and pyramid view, when arrived we were given a twin room with no balcony, I mentioned this wasn't the room we booked and the member of staff apologised and upgraded us to the king suit instead! Room was beautiful with the most incredible pyramid view, the private balcony was practically in front of the sphinx. Only downside was the hottub wasn't installed yet as we would have loved to use that as there isn't a swimming pool on site but will definitelybe using it on our next stay!. The food is very good and is great to enjoy while watching the pyramid light and sound show from the balcony

It was a great location to the Pyramids, and the view from the rooftop was just amazing. The staff helped me in so many ways, booking tours, guides, taxis, haircuts, if I went for a walk, a staff member would accompany me around the general area. The breakfast was tasty, and the diner was pretty good, too.there is a convenient shop, Pizza Hut, and KFC very close by. The rooms are good depending on what you pay. Rooms with a view of the pyramids are excellent, just ensure you get the bed you require, single or double
