The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful — especially Hammed Sallah at the lounge, who always had a smile and was ready to assist. Another highlight was the food service. The breakfast was good, offering a decent variety of options to choose from each morning. It was satisfying to have different dishes available rather than the same routine spread. Beyond breakfast, the hotel also provided opportunities to grab something tasty from their menu at other times of the day, whether for lunch or dinner — a convenient option for days when you preferred to stay in. Cleanliness was well managed too. The rooms were cleaned upon request, and I appreciated that the staff always checked in to confirm if housekeeping was needed. The room itself was in good condition, modestly furnished, and quite comfortable, providing a restful space after long days of sightseeing. In terms of value, the hotel offered great returns for its price — affordable, clean, and ideally situated. The location was undoubtedly one of the standout features. It’s perfectly positioned with a clear, unobstructed view of the Pyramids and close proximity to shops, eateries, and attractions. This made getting around easy and enjoyable, and the pyramid views from certain spots at the hotel were an added bonus.

The terrace is wonderful and has a very beautiful view of the Pyramids. The staff are kind and responsive to guests’ needs in a good manner. The family room is spacious and sufficient. The beds are very comfortable. The cleanliness is very good.
