The social atmosphere is the main selling point for this hotel and hostel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the rooms were spacious

Review for Cecilia: We booked two rooms for a couple of nights to visit Cairo for the first time. Our welcome at Cecilia hotel was second to none. George and his staff were extremely friendly, helpful and informative. No questions were too many and - we had plenty 😇. Sandra and Mohammed were particularly hospital and willing to help. We booked taxis and tours via them and all were better than expected. We have no hesitation in recommending George and his team. We felt safe and welcome. Thank you for your hospitality and we wish you all the best.

Such an amazing staff (extra special thank you to the young girl with a beautiful curly hair!!), all my questions were answered and I never felt like a burden. Rooms were clean, the location great if you want yo explore Cairo, and breakfast vegetarian!<3

Super lovely hostel. Booked one night, stayed 5 in the end. Beds are some of the most confortable I had in hostels, bathrooms always clean, terrace is amazing, plenty for breakfast and the best is the staff. All of them are amazing and helpful. Location is great not far from the nile, restaurants, shops everything around. Definitely stay here when I come back.
