Fantastic view of the pyramids from the pool and our room. Great food so recommend half board options. Our room cleaned very well by room service. They couldn’t do enough. Pleasant evening live music. Dina was very helpful as Guest relations supervisor and helped us out with many things in a wise and kind manner. It made our stay even more enjoyable.

we would like to mention all of the staff but most especially Mohamed at front desk, we arrived late at night from Ireland. exhausted . he greeted us with such a lovely smile and welcome and seeing our weary faces, up graded us to a pyramid view. To which we woke next morning to the view of the Pyramids of Giza gazing at us. Made our trip extra special, Thank you Mohamed. Food, room, lovely and spotless. i would highly recommend this Hotel and the lovely staff.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my visit. I would especially like to highlight Supervisor Dina, who followed up with me daily in a highly professional manner. Her dedication and attention to detail truly enhanced my experience. Additionally, the entire front desk team was outstanding, with special thanks to Mr. Ahmed for his exceptional service. The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of options. Highly recommended!
