Our room 412 was very beautiful with a wonderful view .the house keeping supervisor نعمة was very nice and clean she always take care of our room ,Mahmoud is a young waiter is very nice person ,and the best was Bavly from the night shift room service very friendly and polite has am amazing smile In general all was very nice,clean,the food was delicious So I recommend Baron hotel

Firstly I would like to thank Ms Samaa for the wonderful hospitality on arrival. She offered me a complimentary late checkout and upgraded my room to a view of the palace. This was a lovely gesture. I was impressed with the the presentation of amenities in the room and had everything I needed for my stay. Shortly after I arrived to my room I was surprised with welcome letter, cookies/chocolate and a plate of fruit. Ms Samaa informed me of the hotel app which I downloaded. I found this feature very useful and ordered room service. Spa - The team here are super friendly and I enjoyed my massage. The lady was highly skilled in massage techniques. The whole team here are lovely. The only feedback here was I could hear conversations from outside the room and I was slightly cold due to the AC. I should have mentioned this earlier but overall this experience was great! Maybe you could turn up the music slightly, but next time I will ask for this. Bakery - The team at the shop were super. I purchased a pastry and this was delicious. I love how this was packaged perfectly in the box. Rooftop pool - The team who work on the rooftop are welcoming and helpful. The temperature of the water is perfect. I was lucky enough to experience the pool during it's quieter periods. I had a lot of fun here. I would like to thank the management of the hotel for doing a fantastic job maintaining Baron hotel. Every single member of staff including security, concierge and housekeeping ensured my stay was truly a wonderful experience. I am excited for my future stays and next time I will bring my family. Baron Hotel is now my favourite hotel in Cairo.
