We checked in after hours and the process was super easy. As was self/checkout. The apartment was very clean. Spacious. Beds were very comfortable. They provided a portacot for our baby. It was a lovely stay for a family of 5.

We Loved the room, it was very spacious and quiet. The kids loved the pool, it was beautiful. We were welcomed by very happy and helpful staff.

The apartment is perfect for couples like us with all facilities/equipments readily available. The receptionist/manager also replied messages promptly and accommodated any reasonable requests. Lovely stay, will definitely choose again for our next trip to Cairns.
