I stayed here during my hospital treatment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was incredibly convenient—just steps from the hospital—which made a stressful time much easier to manage. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, allowing an early check-in and assisting with parking without any fuss. They were warm, understanding, and genuinely caring, which made all the difference. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I truly felt supported and looked after. Highly recommend to anyone needing accommodation near the hospital.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms were spotless – you can tell cleanliness is a top priority. The staff were amazing, super friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The gardens are beautifully maintained and really add to the peaceful atmosphere. The BBQ area was clean and well-equipped, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the tropical vibe.with beam scooWith beam scooters out front handy to go town as you can only park then in allocated parking zones

Really like the apartment with full fledged kitchen with all utensils, pots and pans, clean towel, laundry everything was there, felt like home, could eat out as well as cook. All rooms had aircon, which was so good. The most important things Jenny and Royce are really friendly and went out of their way to help us in everything about the area and attractions. It was our first time in Cairns and we are glad and lucky we stayed here.
