The room was so stylish and clean. The bed was very comfortable, room service was great and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The location is great and walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and other activities along the esplanade. The staff and service was exceptional! Great family vibes within the hotel too. Will definitely be back.

We had the most wonderful stay at The Pullman. We loved the location of the hotel, easy to walk to local amenities, restaurants, shops etc. It's a couple of minutes walk from the Esplanade and the Wharf if you're picking up boat tours. The pool area was a favourite, very spacious, very clean, there were even floats in the pool for the children. There is also a shaded area with a table tennis table, games, football table, such a great area for the children to use. We got looked after beautifully around the pool by Manny who always made sure we had iced water on the hot days! Our room was lovely, we had the mountain/city view twin double room which was huge! Perfect for a family of four. We had a balcony, bathroom toiletries which were a nice touch and we also had a coffee machine in our room as well as some cutlery, bowls and plates. This was a real bonus as the children could use them for cutting up fruit etc. All of these extra things really do help when you're travelling with young children. The house keeping team do a superb job at keeping your rooms clean, tidy and well stocked. Breakfast was a particular highlight, theres a juice machine!!! The breakfast selection is outstanding, the best we've experienced from a hotel breakfast buffet. Lots of choice, delicious coffee and a chef who produced omelette's that were a work of art! I also discovered I like curry for breakfast!!! All the staff at The Pullman go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and looked after, everyone seems happy to be at work which is lovely to see. We were sad to leave to be honest! We will definitely return. Thank you so much.
