I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the property based on the reasonable price. We arrived at around midnight and stayed just the one night. The room was clean with a king bed, air conditioning and fan. The bathroom was clean and very functional. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to check out the facilities but were impressed with the massive pool. Overall the property is well kept and near a shopping centre but not close to Cairns CBD

reception lady who sits in the morning was rude for no reason as no smile on her face at all. Room given was next to Laundry and was noisy from around 6.30am

I wasn't happy with the amount of people smoking. Every day the smoke wafted in our direction so we had to keep the doors closed. The traffic from the main road was loud and was able to be heard through the front door. There were other people staying in the resort that stayed up late talking, laughing, drinking, watching tv and being loud on their balconies. Even with the door shut we could hear everything. It was hard to sleep most nights and as the hotel room is really just for sleeping, it wasn't value for money as sleep was one thing we struggled with because of the noise. The pool area was nice however and the gardens surrounding the pool were lush.

It's very pricy for 1 night. Comfortable bed, clean but toilet seat was broken and a lot of traffic noise. Could do with putting some plates and cutlery so you can eat takeaway food.

I really liked the view of the pool and garden from my room, also enjoyed the use of the pool especially after a long day out on tours Staff were friendly and welcoming The location was great
