I booked for my daughter who was travelling alone in Australia & needed a good, safe Hotel for one night. The DoubleTree looked after & welcomed her so well. Thank you to the Reception staff in particular.

Location was ideal being right on the Esplanade. Also close to a lot of entertainment. The room was comfortable. We did have a small leak on our toilet, however staff were there promptly to check it and when they could not fix it offered us another room for the duration of our stay so was very impressed with their service.
