Early check-in was no problem. Staff friendly and accommodating. Easy walk to restaurants, train station, supermarkets.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, late check out option is a nice bonus too! Nice fluffy cat usually out lounging in reception :)

Position was great. It was within walking distance to the CBD and the Esplanade, and not far from the airport. It was fully self-contained and roomy with separate bedroom and living room. There was no trouble getting the after hours key and the staff member was helpful during the hours the desk was manned. It was reasonably clean and the TV and fans were on when we arrived, a nice touch.

Nice size room, balcony a little small. Good location close to centre of Cairns. Secure off street parking was nice. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
