Location is convenient. Our stay was great thanks to Riccardo (front desk) for helping us out providing information with local attractions, addressing our inquiries and requests.

Standard hotel room, some would say dated but for me it was fine. Do like a separate shower not above the bath

Reception staff were on 24/7 and did everything they could to be of assistance, whatever the hour. One of the staff went the extra mile and printed off local bus maps and bus routes. Hint- you don't need to spend hundreds on day trips, a return trip by local bus to Trinity Beach or Palm Cove only costs you $1 return per person. A computer was available 24/7 so guests could make their airport check-ins and print off boarding passes; that was especially helpful for us as we have dinosaur phones. A really wide variety of foods was available for breakfast; could not really fault that at all. Our room faced the seafront and the view was lovely.
