I was in Cairns for a family medical emergency and spent very little time in the apartment. It was in excellent shape and almost everything worked fine. Anna the property manager was great. Very helpful and apologetic re my step climbing and I think was genuinely concerned. She was a lovely person and enquired a number of times re the progress of my seriously ill son in hospital which was the reason I was in Cairns. Thanks Anna.

Anna was so lovely and she let us check in early as well! She is very hospitable and made it feel like home away from home. It was also very spacious! Close to everything we needed too.

Comfortable and close to the Marina. Big duplex apartment, lots of storage space.

The help and support from Anna and Bianca was exceptional. They went out their way yo help us from arrival to checkout. The apartment and facilities was fantastic too.
