Location.. 5 minute drive to Cairns lagoon, night markets etc plus ..secure car parking, ocean front views from two balconies.. this place has it all.. Full kitchen, laundry, great sized bedrooms , lounge/ dining areas .. The apartment is an older style but totally clean. The swimming pool, sauna ,(spa under repair) are excellent bonuses. The only negative was that the sofas were very dirty..

Have stayed at this property several times before. This time the location was a primary reason as the purpose of our trip was to visit Cairns hospital. The caretaker/reception has always been friendly & helpful. The unit functions well although a few handy items could be added to the kitchen supplies eg. oven mits. The pool is refreshing & kept clean. The lush tropical garden is constantly maintained. This property is good value for it's location at a quite end of the Esplanade.
