Celine “The unit, location, facilities was lovely. But getting into the unit late at night was challenging”

Prior to my departure I re-confirmed and spoke to an operator. When I arrived the key code was in correct.. no new msg or updates was received. So at 9.30pm at night, as I waited on hold with the 1800 number I had .. I felt really unsafe being an older single woman... with not many options open to me. Luckily at 9.50pm I sent a txt and a new Key code was sent. This time I was travelling with my son... but that's not usual. And I felt next time in my circumstance I might have to book at a place with an in person reception. I few days later I spoke to Dan at Cozie and we discussed the above.

Excellent location and well appointed. The Cozie home team were excellent and very professional. Loved the BBQ/Pool, and cleanliness. Excellent value for money.
