The location (5 mins from both ferry terminals) was perfect, the room was very comfortable and clean. We failed to prebook the evening meals but this was not a problem and Fiona cooked us three fab meals and then joined us in the snug for evening drinks and chat. Very very relaxed atmosphere with a real fire on the go.

Staff were kind, courteous, helpful and attentive. Food was excellent and much better than other places we've stayed. Temperature of the room was warm and controllable.

Perfect location to catch the ferry. Room was clean and comfortable. Dinner was exceptional - great food, service and company. Value fir money!
