Newly renovated and clean. Simple Scandinavian interior. Especially the bigger room is very nice. A small kitchenette with everything you need to make yourself a cup of coffee or tea. Great location

Location. We mainly go to Caiazzo because we wanted to check out Pepe in Grani and this apartment is just a few min walk to the restaurant. The place is also very clean.

The apartment was really well located, the bedroom was large and spacious, the bedding clean and their were lovely treats in the kitchen. There were multiple balconies across the property so you could enjoy the view, Mary was a wonderful hostess, very engaged and the apartment was spotless. We went to dinner at Grani in Pepe and it was a 3 minute walk from the restaurant, so a wonderful spot if that is where you are headed.
