Serene place, good location for birds, monkies and walking distance to bars in 20 minutes. Away from party hubbub at the beach. Secure, locked gate environment and only 2 guest houses. Private parking and covered area to sit outside. Easy to self-cater. Our host, Xinia was very helpful and joyful.

Our stay at Xinia’s place was amazing. Xinia is incredibly friendly, kind, and always available to help with any questions or requests. The accommodation was perfectly clean, very comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. The location is ideal — close to Cahuita, but far from busy tourist towns. It’s surrounded by beautiful greenery, so you can really enjoy the peace and quiet, and in the morning you wake up to birds singing. We also loved spending time with her two wonderful dogs, Lito and Gucci — they brought so much joy to our stay :)) We wish you all the best and will remember this place with a smile ☀️🏄♂️🐩❤️ Ricardito & Adéla

Xinia's place was the perfect base for exploring Cahuita and the surrounding area. It is within walking distance of Playa Negra, as well as a short drive to Cahuita National park, a chocolate museum and a sloth sanctuary. The place itself is quiet and relaxing, surrounded by nature. Xinia's garden is beautiful and full of hummingbirds! We are glad to have met Xinia and it was the highlight of our time in Cos a Rica.
