Great location, easy connections to the city center as well as Poetto beach. Close to the civic market, next door to a supermarket and also only a few minutes walk to a very nice coffee place with delicious cakes. Easy self check-in and also the host and cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. We were able to borrow a beach umbrella which made our days at the beach much nicer.

Spatious and clean room and bathroom, easy self-checkin, you just have to send the photos of your IDs to the owner first who responds quickly. Coffee, tea, microwave in the shared area. Beach umbrella, mini fridge, AC. There is a Spar in the building so you can buy food/drinks easily. Pharmacy also next door. Buses stop nearby that can take you even to more distant beaches. Good location, plenty of restaurants, cafes, etc. nearby.

The location is great, bus stop is across the street. The room was nice and clean. The host provided free coffee too! We had AC that worked well as well:) great experience, if you don’t know where to stay - stay here.

It was a very nice room, on the 4 th floor. It was spacious and everything was there. In the hall there was the possibility to make coffee or tea. There was a balcony. There was noise from the street, but if you book here you know that in advance. You hve the bus right in front of you.
