The location is great, bus stop is across the street. The room was nice and clean. The host provided free coffee too! We had AC that worked well as well:) great experience, if you don’t know where to stay - stay here.

It’s a lovely location and very quiet and safe building. The rooms are large and very clean. The balcony is nice. Allessandro is a wonderful host.

Excellent service, Alessandro is a very friendly and helpful host. The room is cozy, spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The San Benedetto area is quiet and you have everything you need very close: supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop. Alessandro also provided helpful information around the stay (recommendations for restaurants, information about the bus lines). I highly recommend to stay at Alessandro's place! :)
