We stayed in the studio apartment which was small but had everything we needed for a short stay. I went with my son, so I slept on the sofa bed, which was fine. However, because of the layout of the property, I think it would be more suitable for a couple. Luca, the owner, was very helpful and always replied very promptly to my questions. When we had an issue, he came and sorted it out immediately. The location was great - in the Castello district, within the old city walls. However, as it is up a hill, you need to be fit (especially in the heat!) On the first day, we discovered 3 lifts that take you up and down to different areas, which helped a lot!

Spacious property. Location in historical part of city, however very hilly to get to so wasn't prepared for that. Responsiveness of host was faultless - we advised of a couple of issues and his responses were great, even offering us a refund for one issue.

I'm travelling a lot. There are years when I have 20-30 stays. This is the best landlord I have ever met. Responsiveness, friendliness and hospitality at the top level, I'd score him for 11 of 10. Everything I was asking for - received in minutes. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need - coffee machine, microwave, kitchen, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioner, iron, TVs, vacuum cleaner, sun umbrellas and so on! The apartment is situated on the top of the hill but you have a lift just around the corner. Literally it takes 35 min to reach out the beach. The most positive thing is that localization is calm and cozy. All restaurants are in 10-12 min walk. I definitely recommend it for a long stay in Cagliari! Next time in Cagliari - I'm in Martini Al Castello.
