The service was great, always fast responding on calls and very helpfull! Every day the bed was made, the room was clean and we regularly got new towels.

Basically at the train station which was perfect, staff helped me move my luggage which was great, you get cute little balcony. It was no prob to store my luggage for couple hours as my flight was later in the afternoon (thank you!!!)
