The location was perfect! 5 mins walk from Cagliari train station - ideal if you’re planning to take the train from the airport. It’s also about 8 mins walk to the port - perfect if you’re joining any boat excursions. Lots of restaurants and a few supermarkets conveniently located within walking distance. Decoration of the house and the room was 100%. Host Susanna was friendly, kind, and provided useful information about train schedule, boat excursion contact, and sight seeing places.

The accommodation was excellent. Great location. It is possible to walk to the city center and to the marina area. It is right next to Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, which is one of the main streets and it has a lot of restaurants and bars. The cleaning of the room was excellent and flawless. Susanna, the hostess, is super friendly and was always available to help with anything you needed and gave several tips about places to visit and good restaurants. Breakfast is great and varied and always included fresh fruit and cake. I strongly recommend this Guesthouse and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Cagliari.

The location is perfect, very close to the train/bus station and the rental car/motorbike companies for anyone looking to take a day trip out of town. Quiet street surrounded by premium restaurants and very close to the busiest areas of Cagliari. The accomodation ticks all the boxes for a comfortable stay and the host, Susanna, is highly pleasant and accomodating. We very much enjoyed our stay there and recommend highly for anyone looking to visit this region.
