Room was directly off the breakfast room. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The guy (So sorry I can't remember his name) who looked after the cleaning etc was extremely courteous and helpful. Our flight arrived in after midnight but this was no problem for the owner - they sent us a video of them placing the key in the safety box, how to access it and then get from the door to the room literally step by step. They couldn't have been any more helpful. Bianca Dimora is literally a few meters from the amazing viewing platform from the Castello over the city. An amazing start to a 3 day trip when you walk out the door and see that. We loved the narrow streets and the steep paths and sets of steps up towards the Castello, but may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Would highly recommend as a destination!

Very nice room, easy access to open kitchen where you can eat breakfast or make yourself tea in the evening. Very nice host and great location in the old town
