The property is located just few steps from the beach and very close to all restaurants, walking alleys and a bus stop to city center.

Giorgio is perfect guy, very helpful, take care if you have everything you need and even more, very open to suggest you best places to visit, how to get there, which restaurant try...which beach to choose if it is windy...this was really valuable in my case:) it is really great to have such a recommendation from local guy. Second room was nice, cosy..quite!! Breakfast ok, and coffe machine available any time. Parking no problem at all.

Location: good, close to the public beach. Parking: available public parking but to avoid August as it’s too crowded. Room: clean and cleaning service every day, spacious bathroom, matching the pictures. The owner Giorgio is here every day, very helpful and nice guy, provides tips and recommendations about visiting Sardinia, which we appreciated. Breakfast: every day from 7:20 or so, ok but not extensive (coffee machine, croissants, yogurts, bread).

Our host Giorgio was amazing ! Room was very tidy, Cleaning service everyday. Breakfest delicious as well
