Stylish and furnished in a modern way whilst being true to the original antiquity of the building . Gracie was an exceptional host and passionate about the culture of history of Cagliari. She gave us many tips . We were lucky to witness the may 1 parade celebrating the local villages and customs

This hotel exceeded expectations in every way. Perfectly located, it offered convenient access to the city while remaining a peaceful retreat. Parking options were clearly communicated in advance, which made arrival and check-in seamless. The true highlight of our stay was the warm and attentive service—particularly from Grazia, whose hospitality genuinely enhanced our overall experience. The hotel embodies what a boutique property should be. The rooms and beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the building itself, rich in history, has been immaculately restored to balance timeless charm with modern elegance. Breakfast was nothing short of outstanding—generous, beautifully presented, and the perfect way to begin each day. At this price point, the experience was exceptional value. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined, comfortable, and welcoming stay in the heart of a vibrant city. This is boutique hospitality done right.

Excellent stay. Room very comfortable with an elegant and modern design within a 2nd floor apartment in a classical beautiful building in Cagliari's historical centre at the Marina district. Signora Grazia has been an excellent host, very polite, hospitable and helpful, speaking English fluently. The breakfast was excellent and the bed very comfortable. Location is the best. Highly recommended.
