The location was perfect, everything you needed in a little village. Pubs/restaurants in walking distance and a lovely pizza trailer on the square on a Friday. Everyone in the family felt at home and cosy. Safe garden for our dogs and the door at the top of the stairs was perfect to stop them from getting to the first floor.

The cottage was very comfortable with everything you could want. It had character but also all the modern facilities. We liked having the log burner for a cosy evening in.

Esmoor Cottage was extremely comfortable and well planned, with 2 spacious seating areas and a well-fitted kitchen. We particularly appreciated the light and afternoon sun in the rear sitting area and the cosiness of the front sitting room at night. Bathrooms were spacious with modern fixtures. The garden area was bigger than it appeared in the photos. Caerwys is a charming village with an interesting history and within easy reach of beautiful countryside and major sights.
