My girlfriend and I stayed at this beautifully refurbished historical boutique B&B while in Cardiff for the Kendrick Lamar gig — and it honestly made the whole weekend unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly — the kind of genuine hospitality that makes you feel like you’re staying with family (the really nice kind!). The building has so much character, but with all the modern comforts you’d want. You can tell a lot of care went into preserving its charm while updating it to feel fresh and elegant. Our room was spotless, stylish, and surprisingly spacious. The bed? Absolutely next level comfort — we melted into it after the gig. The shower was powerful, hot, and immaculate — perfect for reviving ourselves the next morning. And speaking of mornings: the breakfast was spot on. Great quality ingredients, cooked with love, and served with the same warm energy we felt throughout our stay. Honestly, it’s rare to find a place that gets every detail right — but this B&B really nailed it. We left feeling rested, well-fed, and already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for something with character, class, and comfort.
