The property is ideally located in Caerphilly, only a 5 minute walk to the train station (with trains going to Cardiff and elsewhere very often throughout the day) and a similar walk to the town centre with lovely restaurants and pubs. The house itself was gorgeously decorated and modern with a fabulous garden. It was very very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Would absolutely recommend 82 Van Road to anyone visiting Caerphilly/Cardiff. Tom and Sarah were both lovely hosts and super helpful and happy to check in throughout our stay to ensure we were getting on okay with everything! Again, couldn’t recommend enough and will definitely be back here if going to Cardiff again!

The location was walking distance to main street and castle. Newly renovated, beautifully furnished. Nespresso machine for coffee. Host fixed an issue immediately.

Excellent communication with the host. Having it's own parking was a bonus as the road parking was often full. Clean and well appointed house. Had everything we needed. Cot provided for my grandson. Walking distance to the Castle and easy driving distance to nearby attractions.
