Quiet and atmostpheric location. The views and scenery are stunning. The cottage is perfect, done to a high standard with everything you need. We had a lovely stay.

The property was picture perfect. The hosts Murray and Sharon are so lovely, they showed us round the fields with the ponies who were all so friendly, it was my absolute dream place to stay. The cottage is lovely and spacious and very clean, the bedrooms have velux windows so you could open them wide and look out over the mountain and fields and listen to the owl hooting at night. As there's no light pollution, you can lie in bed and look at the stars. The location is central to the areas we wanted to visit, Llanberis, Betws y coed, Portmeirion, Porthmadog, Mount Snowdon railway, Caernarfon, Beddgelert. All well worth a visit. There is a petrol station that's got like a mini supermarket attached very close by, and also a little shop on one of the streets nearby too. We will definitely go back, and we have already recommended to our friends to stay at Marchlyn ❤️

settings surroundings all so very picturesque place itself very comfortable very home from home. be nice for a washing machine actually in property but not an issue.
