Extremely good location for the price, you'll be within walking distance of several great attractions like the chateau or parks, along with several good bakeries/restaurants and the city centre itself. A bit of a walk to the train station, but it's doable. Very nice interior decoration and furnishing, which makes an otherwise small space comfortable for one or two people. Comfortable bed, servicable kitchen (it could use a dish rack, oven, or at least a newer pan), decent bathroom. And to top it all off, consistent high-speed wifi is included too. All great.
