Severine is very helpful. The apartament has fantastic mood. It is a very old building but very practically adapted. The parking place on spot.

the location was excellent. a two minute walk from the train station and right in the heart of the old city. Easy walk to bakeries, bars, restaurants and shopping. Very spacious. we could spread out and not be in each other's way. The building was from the late 1700's and had some wonderful old beams (we were in the top floor apartment). It was very bright due to several opening skylights which all had blinds to keep it dark enough to sleep. The apartment had lots of electrical outlets for charging phones and lighting and hair dryers etc. There was parking for our car which was a huge benefit to us. Our host was very friendly and accommodating and spoke excellent English (as our French was almost non-existent). Caen itself was a pleasant surprise. We were here six days and used it as home base for touring the Battle of Normandy beaches, museums and graveyards.

Great location, private parking and great room. Would fully recommend this place as a base to visit all the WW2 sites

The building was really old and historic, was very clean, comfortable and located right next to the christmas markets
