Mario came with a personally-hand-written list of recommendations for good spots for the breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as sightseeing locations, each with distances and time-to-reach data. No other hosts did so in our tour of Andalusia. I could not recommend No 5 Cadiz more warmly than this. If you are looking for someone to really care about you, Mario is a must!
