Very comfortable, modern, pet-friendly, and fully equipped apartment, in the heart of La Viña. Walking distance to all main attractions and 5 minutes away from la Caleta Beach. Free parking in the building (entrance by the lift) was a lifesaver. We found it very difficult to find parking slots in the neighbourhood (in December!). The Cádiz Team is responsive and communicative, self-check in was smooth and intuitive. We loved it and definitely recommend the place!

Fantastic position in the old town, about a 15 minute maximum walk to everywhere. Supermarket just around the corner and next door to that a great no frills cafe/bar/restaurant that served some very tasty dishes. Parking on site via an elevator to the underground parking spot. Access was fine as we had a small Opel Corsa and position number one but another flat occupant had a 7 series BMW and really struggled to get into the car lift and into spot number 4. We didn’t meet anyone from the letting company…Everything is done digitally….but communication is excellent. Access to the flat is also digital. Once you understand it it’s fine ….We aren’t GenZ and don’t spend all our time on our phones. We arrived ten minutes early and computer would not give us access to the building until the allotted time of 1600 hrs.We parked outside with our hazard warning lights on and no one seemed to object and traffic was able to pass by. It took us 50 minutes to access the building, get into the apartment, get the keys to operate the garage door, park the car and take our luggage up to the flat. The lifts worked well. When you get your car into the car park leave your headlights on and familiarise yourself with the position of the overhead light switches… one by the car lift door and one by the access door to the passenger lift lobby. These lights are on a timer and it went very black when they automatically turned off. The digital access to the apartment door took three or four attempts the first time we used it. It is a high security lock and you have to turn the knob four times to be able to operate the catch. I hope these tips help. We would definitely stay in this apartment again… we loved it.

The keys were in the apartment and the door was accessed by Bluetooth. You need to put an app on your phone.
