This was our second time here and, no doubt, we will stay here again on our way to and from further south in Italy. The bedroom, Olivio on this occasion, was fine. The kettle socket was an issue, but quickly resolved by reception. The en-suite was big and with a good shower. Loved the solid soap body wash and shampoo bars! The evening meal was delicious although this time we were sat inside due to the weather, which is not as lovely as sitting outside. Breakfast was good, but, like last time the bread was stale to the point of being hard and yet the bread served for the evening meal was great. For those travelling there are quite a few petrol stations on the way out back to the autostrada.

Great hotel and restauranrt, with excellent food and lovely staff (though at dinner probably not quite at the level of the pricing, but this doesnt bother me)

This was a luxurious stay while being great value for money. We have stayed in lots of places in northern Italy on our way driving to and from the UK to Le Marche. We have found some lovely places, but this has probably put an end to our wandering around different stops. The place itself has been converted beautifully, maintaining the original Italian character. Our room was spacious with a lovely en-suite. There was a kettle and small fridge provided with free water bottles. The evening meal was fantastic and we had ours sitting outside. Breakfast was typically Italian and good enough. The location is excellent as it is not too far off the autostrada and there were local petrol stations on both the way in and the road out. This is definitely not the small Italian B&B in a village. This is pampering yourself!

Absolutely an amazing place. Staff is the kindest and most friendly. The director a force of nature. Highly recommended . Quality of food top and all home made. Not one single thing was not perfect and they are family and pet welcome and our dog was spoiled by everyone.
