The property is located on the first floor and consists of two wings of the building. It has a convenient location close to restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket, takeaways, pastry shops, and more. Despite its position on a busy road, it was pleasant to stay there at night with the windows and French doors to the back terrace open, all fitted with mosquito screens—which is a real plus in the summer season. Thanks to this, we didn’t need to use the air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking, and the two bathrooms and two bedrooms are also well supplied. The apartment is also tastefully furnished.

We had a wonderful stay on Sinis here! The house is majestic, we had so much space and the interior is all finest quality. We could have spent Much longer here and actually would say sinis together with Costa di rei is our favourite part Of Sardinia. Our host Vincenza was incredibly nice and welcoming! She even suggested a few archeological sites and museums we hope to see next time (as 2 days was way too short for sinis!) San giovanni di sinis and is arutas could be reached in about 15 min by car and were some of the most magical beach days for us. Cabras is small but everything one needs on a holiday. We want to return to this apartment and will recommend to friends !
