Flat Âncora has internal condominium rules:- Guests may use ONE PRIVATE PARKING SPACE. The space is ROTARY and may be parked in any available space (subject to capacity during peak periods such as New Year's Eve/Carnival)▪︎ THE POOL IS CLOSED FOR GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING EVERY MONDAY (INTERNAL RULE). The remaining DAYS are open every day and follow the pool's opening hours from 8 am to 5 pm.* Only SMALL pets are allowed, as long as:
-> Do not make noise and disturb neighbors
-> Carry pets in the common areas of the condominium
-> Do not relieve themselves in the house
-> If they cause any damage or harm, an extra fee will be charged proportional to the damage caused*Parties and noise are not allowed.*Loud music is not allowed*It is not allowed to hang clothes on windows and balconies.IMPORTANT:Anyone who fails to follow the rules may be fined.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
