I would 100% recommend Casa de Caneiro. The location is AMAZING! The view from the property and the pool is incredible. This is by far the best place we have stayed so far and the hospitality could not get any better. Conceição, her husband and Carla could not have done more for us and always made sure we had everything we needed.

Amazing hosts! Our stay at Casa de Caneiro could not be better. First of all, the location. The house is situated in a valley with amazing view to the mountains. It is very silent and serene place, but at the same time not really far away from civilization. We enjoyed our mornings and afternoons at the beutiful terrace, listening to the sounds of mountain river and truly. The house is just in 20 minutes from Pena Aventura Park, so it was perfect location for us. The apartment itself was impacably clean, it has everything we needed to stay and much more! It is well decorated and cozy. And last but definitely not least - the hospitality. Sra Conceição made sure that our stay went smoothly, she even brought us a homemade bread and oranges from the farm! She was always here for us, but her presence was gentle and comforting. Thank you very much Carla and Sra Conceição for your hospitality! I can definitely recommend this place, 1000/10.
