The place is unexpectedly great. I’ve read some bad reviews, however, everything’s great! Of course, don’t expect a 5-star hotel experience for the price you will pay in this hotel. But the location and landscape around are beautiful. The hotel is old, but charming. The room is spacious, the bathroom is clean, and most importantly, it smells good. So, you’ll have a restful sleep at night. Additionally, breakfast is also good. You have everything you need, from tea, coffee, juice, etc., then they prepare different breads and cakes, plus eggs, hams, etc. They also have their own restaurant, where you can eat lunch and dinner. And they have discounts for their guests. The spa is also great. You will also receive discount as a hotel guest. They have various massage services as well, and you can rent a robe for 2€. And if you don’t have a pool cap, you can also buy at the reception for 2€. With regards to their customer service, the staffs are nice and helpful. Although, they all look busy all the time. But they will always help you once you ask.

A Great hotel a hour away from santander. Lots of history with the property. Not expensive, value for money. Great location next to the huge lake. Very quiet.
