Lovely 2nd floor apartment in a quiet block by the indoor pool. The bedroom got the morning sun and the terrace was in the sun after 1pm (it was November). The spa was included and well needed as it did rain for a couple of days. The indoor pool and jacuzzi require a swimming cap but the steam room and sauna are within the (same sex) changing rooms and don't need you to wear anything, if you don't want to! The gym was 5€ a day or €21 for a week and the staff were really good at coaching tips and spoke excellent English. The WiFi was great and the kitchen was big enough for two. Cabanas is a wonderful place to stay; walk to Tavira in under an hour or take the no.41 bus or travel along the coast by train from Conceicao.

Very well maintained stylish apartments, very comfortable. I also liked the unusual concept that these are independent, privately owned apartments located on the hotel territory so all hotel amenities like restaurants, pool and free boat to the ocean beach are available.
